Day 01

Upon your arrival one of our well experience representative (driver/guide) will warmly welcome you at Bandaranayake International Air port, with refreshments proceed to Dambulla. En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage- The orphanage was primarily designed to afford care and protection to the baby elephants found in the jungle without their parents.

 

Next you visit Golden Temple at Dambulla, It is the home to the World’s most acclaimed Cave complex of magnificent Buddha Images and Rock Paintings. Massive rock from the surrounding plains of Dambulla of 600 feet high and over 2000 feet in length

Day 02

Breakfast at the hotel you climb Sigiriya Fortress (1200 Steps & 200m high) Sigiriya is an archeological site in the North Central Sri Lanka. It contains the ruins of an ancient palace complex.  The most exquisite example of ancient Sri Lankan art, architecture and landscaping & one of the world heritage sites in Sri Lanka & considering 8th wonder of the World

 

Optional – You can have Ayurvedha Treatment(SPA)

Next have your lunch at nice restaurant & proceed to Polonnaruwa- One of the ancient kingdoms in the Island, this was the capital of the north central province for 3rd  centuries, Polonnaruwa reached its zenith Under King Parakramabahu (1153–86). The king erected huge buildings, planned beautiful parks and, as a crowning achievement.

Day 03

Breakfast at the hotel you drive to Anuradhapura- This was the first ancient kingdom established in Sri Lanka. A corner of the ‘cultural triangle’ and is widely considered as the birthplace of Buddhism in the country. Anuradhapura is a truly remarkable city complete with the best of wildlife, irrigational network and world acclaimed historic monuments. Farming is the main source of living here and is home to a modest farming community.

Day 04

Breakfast at the hotel you drive to Habarana. En route visit Mihintale- Mihintale is an important tourist destination in Sri Lanka, especially for pilgrim travelers.

Next proceed to Aukana- , the 13 meter height standing Buddha’s statue carved out of solid granite. Its history goes back to the 5th century.

Next you visit Ritigala- Ritigala is a range of mountains which is near Anuradhapura, There are many monastic ruins of stones, terrace ways, circular terraces, a stone bridge, and remains of a giant stone banked pond built across a water stream.

 Way back to hotel you can enjoy with elephant safari at Habarana”.

Day 05

Breakfast at the hotel you drive to Kandy. En route visit “Herbal Garden” at Matale. Matale Herbal gardens are among the best on the Island. You will get the chance of seeing how spices & herbs like Turmeric/Pepper cones/Cloves/Cardamom/ Nutmeg/Vanilla/ Cinnamon/Cocoa/Aloe Vera E.g.

Next you visit Muththumari Amman Hindu temple- Its outer walls are covered with hundreds of carvings and statues of different renowned Hindu characters, gods and deities.

Day 6

After the Breakfast you visit the last Sinhalese Kingdom of Kandy, until it was captured and ruled by the British in 1815, Famous for the Temple of tooth that houses Lord Buddha’s sacred tooth relic, home of the Esala Perahera. Enjoy the beauteous scenes of Peradeniya Botanical Gardens.

Day 07

After the breakfast you proceed to Nuwara Eliya. En route if you do shopping, Kandy is one of the best places for buying Gems, Handicrafts, Silk E.g.

Next Ramboda falls - Ramboda Falls is 109 m (358 ft) high and 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka

 You visit Tea plantations & Fabricating, Situated at around 2000m above sea level and surrounded by lush tea plantations. Nuwara Eliya is the main hill resort in Sri Lanka and the heart of the tea industry.

Day 08

Early wake up at 5.30am, with takeaway breakfast you leave to Horton Plains, A paradise for nature lovers, hikers and bird watching. Then you arrive at the World End is the most stunning place where the southern Horton Plains suddenly ends, and drops off to nearly 1050 meters, and an awesome sight indeed. It is 9.5Km walking with warm jackets & hiking shoes.

In the evening you can walk “Single Tree Mountain” or explore Nuwara Eliya city with Boat safari at Gregory Lake /18 holes Golf course/Horse course E.g. as well as the highest mountain in Sri Lanka of “Piduruthalagala” 3500m situated.

Day 09

Breakfast at the hotel you enjoy with most stunning train ride in Sri Lanka from Nanu Oya to Ella, on your way along the edge of the mountains overlooking huge valleys of tea plantations and small villages, forests and waterfalls. Driver will pick up you at Ella.

Explore Ella City and you can get the dinner at nice restaurant in Ella

Day 10

Breakfast at the hotel you proceed to Thissamaharama. En route visit the amazing Ella Gap, a steep valley stretching out for miles between Ella Rock and Little Adams Peak,

Little Adams peak - It is 1141m in height. Views from the summit are incredible. 360 degrees panoramic views with clouds rolling in, is a treat to watch for any traveler.

 Next you visit “Rawana falls” approximately 25m (82 ft) in height and cascades from an oval-shaped concave rock outcrop.

 Next you visit Buduruwagala Temple- On a massive rock, somewhat similar in shape of an elephant lying down, is a courtly group of seven figures carved in high relief two bodhisattvas, each attended by two figures, stands on either side of a 16m high central Buddha figure.

Day 11

Early Wake up at 5.30am, & you leave to Yala national park, This national park is the most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lanka. The park is best known for its variety of wild animals like Leopards, Elephants, Bears, Crocodiles, Peacocks, Jungle fowls E.g.

In the evening can visit -Ruhunu Kataragama Devala, one of Sri Lanka is holy places where Hindus, Buddhists and Muslims visit on religious pilgrimages. It is a large religious Complex with the `Mahadewala’ – Main Hindu shrine being the most important place.

Day12

At the end of an unforgettable tour with nice experience, breakfast at the hotel proceed to Mirissa /Unawatuna or Bentota are Lovely beaches to stay, relax and enjoy until you leave from this Paradise.
